1) Soil type (and define them): clay, clay loam, loam, sandy, sandy gravel, gravely clay
2) Sunlight: 6+ hours of sun, 3-6 hours of sun, 2-3 hours of sun, dense shade (under an oak), speckled shade (open woodlands, under a willow)
3) Exposure: north, south, east, west
4) Grade: slight slope, steep slope, level, depression
5) Problems with area: too wet, too dry, too shady, too sunny
6) Zip code & address (used to look at satellite image)
